2^nd  Bo’ao Conference on Hospital Investment in China   (and Project Negotiation) Invitation Letter

  Dear Sir or Madam  

We have provided information on investment and consulting service for many hospitals and investment companies over last year after successfully holding 1^st Bo’ao Conference on Hospital Investment in China   (and Project Negotiation) in 2002. The 1^st conference closed with the conclusion of two agreements to the worth of total 60 million RMB.  There is a clear trend on hospital investment after SARS occurrence in China as well as the encouragement from government. As an expert, private-owned research organsation, our mission is to continuous offer services for hospitals and investors with the strong supports from Ministry of Health, National Traditional Chinese Medicine Administration Bureau. For the purpose of developing market-oriented healthcare system, having further communication between hospitals and investors, discussing suitable mode of hospital investment and operation, and promoting implementation of hospital investment project, we collaborates with the Union of Chinese Hospital Operation to conduct 2^nd  Bo’ao Conference on Hospital Investment in China.

Officials of Ministry of Health and Traditional Chinese Medicine Administration Bureau, investment organizations from the U.S. , Australia , Taiwan , and Hong Kong and Hospital Management Groups, part of big hospital groups will be invited to the conference.  The main forum is regarding to hospital investment and hospital management will be deeply discussed.

The numbers of participators from hospitals and investors will be within 150 and 50 due to limited space in site.  The hospital or the investor that is willing to attend the conference please fill in the Application Form. Please note that the Application Form is required to send to the organizer by fax/email.

6. A hospital management company based on a big hospital is seeking investment
7. A big hospital in one industry is seeking investment
8. A investor is willing to purchase and be a shareholder of  a hospital with 200-500 beds
